Cingrani Near-Perfect in AAA Debut

Lefty Tony Cingrani is a high-profile prospect in the Cincinnati system and he added to that status in his AAA debut Thursday. The 23 year-old struck out fourteen over six no-hit innings before Louisville won their opener 4-3 on a walk-off homer by Felix Perez.

The Louisville Bats got their season started off on the right foot Thursday with a 4-3 win over Toledo at Louisville Slugger Field. Tony Cingrani now has his first AAA start behind him, but not his first AAA hit allowed.
