Scouting Notes: Dwyer's Missing Velocity

Chris Dwyer's velocity readings are a concern.

PHOENIX, Ariz. - Spring training can be an interesting window into what prospects are working on or what issues they may be contending with. In A's prospect Sonny Gray's case, we've seen him working on refining a secondary pitch. In Royals' prospect Chris Dwyer's case, we've seen him have some velocity issues.
