InsidethePark.com's Jason A. Churchill ranks the best throwing arms in the Mariners' farm system. None of these will surprise you much but there were some pretty good arms left off the list. The criteria was very basic. Arm strength, accuracy, instincts as to when to air one out, and when to hit the cut-off man or put it in the hip pocket instead. Only infielders and outfielders were considered as pitchers and catchers are in their own categories.
