M's Release Official Report Dates

Major League Baseball and the Seattle Mariners released the official report dates for Spring Training 2006.

For the M's, pitchers and catchers will report on February 15 with the first workouts the following day.

Position players will report on February 20 with the first full-squad workouts on February 21.

The Mariners report dates are the earliest in the league, along with Detroit, Texas, the Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco.

The Mariners' minor league pitchers and catchers officially report on March 5 and workout for the first time on March 7, while the rest of the farm system reports on March 9 and the first full-squad workouts on March 11.

The M's play the annual charity game versus the San Diego Padres on March 2 and open the Cactus League schedule on March 3 versus the Chicago Cubs.
