InsidthePark caught up with J.P. Blandin, Delaware State's head coach and a person who has seen quite a bit of Seattle's 10th round pick RHP Eric Carter. Blandin says the M's found a keeper.

With the 303rd pick of the 2004 MLB First-Year Player Draft, the Mariners chose RHP Eric Carter from Delaware State University.
